Hi,
I am planning to buy two pappies and send them from cape Town to Blantyre-Malawi. Can someone tell me the proccedure, approximate cost and what the requirements are before I can actually buy them. I have a lovely property there and I need dogs around my house. I grew up with dogs and I love them but I can hardly find the Breeders of Alaskan Malamute within that country.

The information below posted on your website is incorrect – the quarantine period is only 10 days in New Zealand. A friend from SA has just moved to NZ and her dog was only in quarantine for 10 days. I also confirmed this with my local vet.

•Quarantine in total: 4 months upon arrival. Procedure is started 6 months prior to departure to New Zealand at home (no quarantine), and then 4 months quarantine in New Zealand

I am looking at transporting an African Grey parrot to Latvia.
Would the requirements be the same as per requirements for Europe and what would the approximate price be.
I do not have a cage, or any idea how to do this.
A friend in Latvia is looking to buy an African Grey in SA due to their cheap price and have it shipped over.
